We typically ship out orders within 24 hours from the day when your order is placed, but under some circumstances it might take another day. A confirmation email will be sent when your order has been shipped. XTees is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the Delivery Service.

Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping via the United States Postal Service Prioity Mail and USPS First Class.You can expect your order to be delivered within 2-5 business days depending where you are located in the U.S. 

International Shipping

We offer shipping via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. You can expect your order to be delivered within 10-16 business days depending on location, custom charges may apply. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

XTees DOES NOT accept returns, however we do accept exchanges.

Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed and still including the hangtag can be exchanged for other items sold at XTees within 30 days of delivery. We only accept exchanges on items for the following reasons; wrong size, wrong color, wrong design, or receipt of defective garment.
