What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and Discover even better you can pay via Paypal. We do not accept checks or money orders. Sorry but we do not accept phone orders. For any more questions about orders please contact us at info@XTees.org . 

What size shirt should I order?

The fabric of our shirts vary as per design, but they are well fitted tees, unless otherwise stated in the product page. 

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates.

How do I track my package?

If its been way too long and you are getting impatient and losing sleep over your new super awesome t-shirt that you have been waiting days for and need to absolutely know where your package is then pay attention.

Once we ship out your package you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will include your tracking number. To get an update on your delivery status simply type in your tracking number using Google to get an update. If you no longer have your confirmation email then contact us and we will retrieve it for you. Be sure to include your original order number in your email to us. If you lost that then you are probably a few eggs short of a dozen, but we’ll still try to help … because we care.

I haven't received my order yet!

We apologize for the delay! If it's been more than 3 weeks since you placed your order. Contact us IMMEDIATELY about your order or email us at info@XTees.org

I made a mistake in my order! How can I fix it?

If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at info@XTees.org and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we might be able to make the change for you. Our orders typically take 24-48 hours turn around time to process. In your email be sure to include your order number that was emailed to you with your order confirmation and what you would like changed.

I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt.

Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed and still including the hangtag can be exchanged for other items sold at XTees within 30 days of delivery. We only accept exchanges on items for the following reasons; wrong size, wrong color, wrong design, or receipt of defective garment. In the event that an exchange is necessary you MUST contact our orders department first. Click here to contact us or email us at info@XTees.org

We will then email you a printable shipping label to send the item(s) being exchanged at no cost to you! 

Do you sell shirts wholesale?

Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at info@XTees.org. Please include your contact information, what store you are purchasing for, and a valid employer ID number. 

What name will appear on my credit card bill?

The name on your credit card bill will read Xoole. 

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email info@XTees.org and we can confirm that the order was placed.

Washing Instructions?

XTees shirts are made with 100% ringspun combed cotton knit fabric. Expect about 5-7% shrinkage after normal wash. wash cold, dry low. Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash. Other Brands we sell on our site may vary in t-shirt manufacturer and washing instructions may be different as well , they should provide you with details.

Who designs the XTees shirts?

When the XTees creative research and design team actually get off their lazy asses and feel like working they tend to come out with some good ideas.

Can I submit my own idea?

Yes! Our Feed An Artist program allows you to make some serious bucks! If we think your design is good enough to sell, we will throw it up on our site and will pay you out 15 % percent of the net dollar amount from each sale for as long as the shirt remains on our site. In other words about 2.25 per shirt at our regular price of 15.99, this can add up to some serious bucks overtime, and you can officially tell mom that you’re an artist and getting paid for it, that way she can feel better about frontin the bill for all those art classes she paid for. Original ideas only please! ... That means if you steal a concept from another t-shirt site don’t bother with an email …. And we will know ….

Shipping

We typically ship out orders within 24 hours from the day when your order is placed, but under some circumstances it might take another ….day it happens. A confirmation email will be sent when your order has been shipped. XTees is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the Delivery Service. 

Domestic Shipping

We offer ground shipping via the United States Postal Service, frankly it depends how we are feeling that day. Lucky for you our rates are the same either way. You can expect your order to be delivered within 2-5 business days depending where you are located in the U.S. 

International Shipping

We offer shipping via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. You can expect your order to be delivered within 10-16 business days depending on location, custom charges may apply. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
